A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level engineering role where fresh graduates are trained in technical, operational, and project-related activities before being assigned permanent responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in daily engineering operations
- Participate in training and development programs
- Support production, maintenance, testing, or project activities
- Analyze technical issues and help implement solutions
- Prepare reports, documentation, and technical records
- Follow safety, quality, and company standards
- Coordinate with different departments and teams
- Monitor equipment/process performance
- Learn company systems, tools, and workflows
