Cloud Operations Engineer - Devops (Mid-Level)

Location: SNP Cloud Technologies, 12th Floor, Western Aqua, Cross Street 1, Whitefields, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Kondapur, Telangana 500081.

Job Details: Full time, Regular, Work from Office.

Reports into: Technical Delivery Manager.

Job Title: Cloud Operations Engineer – Devops.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that bring business value.
- Analysing client’s environment, infrastructure and systems and their utilization, deployment, automation, testing and monitoring.
- Engage with multiple customers (require switching between tasks).
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and improving of the existing automation tasks.
- Continuous upskilling with latest azure services and updates.
- Work in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
- Azure/Devops infrastructure Experience with Microsoft Azure, Virtual Machines, Azure disks, Azure storage, disks etc., Autoscaling, Availability zone, Azure backup, Snapshots.
- Provide systems support including responding to monitoring alerts.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyse, and derive DevOps requirements

Requirements

- 1+ years’ experience as junior DevOps engineer.




- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows OS
- Experience with Azure Cloud services.
- Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services.
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Experience with all Azure Services including Logging, Monitoring, Alerting.
- Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, and partners, and across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and administration skills.

Experience that can be added advantage

- 0-1 years Azure DevOps experience.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or similar) and other automation/configuration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform or similar)
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
