RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the configuration/installation/upgrades, performance monitoring, security, and continual improvement of our client's server and Applications.
Responsible for supporting our client infrastructure applications, including Microsoft SQL Servers, Active Directory and Core Windows components like IIS, Clusters and File system.
Responsible for New Server build, Application installation & configuration as per Product requirement.
Responsible for upgrading and maintaining the Applications in co-ordination with Project Management Team
Coordinate with all the internal teams to complete the projects and related tasks.
Responsible for continuous improvement and enhancement of Infrastructure-related services.
Analyze technical and business needs and recommend solutions
Maintain positive relationships with clients, end users and vendors, and consultants.
Maintain current working knowledge in systems and hardware, and incorporate new developments into the future systems of the enterprise




Good Communication & Email Skills are mandatory.
Job Requirements:
Experience
:
0-1 Year of administrating enterprise Windows and Virtual Workplace.
Experience with building servers as per standards will be added advantage.
Responsible for monitoring performance and system usage.
Experience / Knowledge with monitoring tools and antivirus will be an added advantage.
Experience / Knowledge in planning, design, and installation of any application.
Health care IT experience will be preferred
Skills
:
Troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to be proactive and work independently with limited direction.
Sound knowledge on Various Operating systems flavors, System files, Registry
Microsoft Active Directory services & Domain knowledge.
AI and Automation knowledge would be an additional advantage
Mandatory
:
Must have experience with IIS, Clustering & File & Print services.
Knowledge on SQL server and batch files will be an added advantage.
