About the role:
Role & Responsibilities: You will be part of the Scholarship support team, will be responsible for end-to-end support and processing of the scholarship applications on the Scholarship Management System (portal) and anchoring the external support team. This will include:
Responding to queries during the application submission process
Supporting the external support team members in screening of applications applicants in filling out the applications on the portal
Verification of applications as per the eligibility criteria
Connecting with applicants for additional documents as and when required
Supporting existing applicants with the renewal process on the portal
Writing reports and short summaries




Any additional tasks related to the above responsibilities that may arise
Skills & Qualifications:
2 + years of relevant experience, in scholarships management
Undergraduate degree in any discipline from a reputed institution
Basic operating and data handling skills, should be proficient with MS suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Good communication and people skills with language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English and any one or more of the regional languages Hindi, Urdu, Kannada, Telugu, and Odia
