Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services and MID Servers.
Expert level understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
Leadership and communication skills
SME in HRSD & CSM applications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Creative, self-disciplined,



and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
