How will you make an impact in this role?
Key responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
CBU BO:
Ability To Work in A Highly Compliant, Dynamic and Research-Intensive Setting in solving credit bureau disputes
Review Accounts to Determine Appropriate Action for solving reporting dispute
Ability To Work in A Highly Compliant and Dynamic Setting
Ensure all SLAs are met across various queues, upholding efficiency, and compliance
Adhere to Company Policies and Regulatory Compliance Guidelines relevant to the business
Proven ability to drive Goals & Metrices for the process
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
Knowledge of Credit Bureau Unit Function is preferred
Graduate with minimum 1-3 years' experience
Should possess Analytical, Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills
Multi-skilled across card platforms/products is preferable
Demonstrated dependability/self-motivating skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team setting as well as independently
Strong Team Player with high level of integrity
Strong Knowledge to American Express Product, Policies & Procedures
Change Management Ability & Self-motivating skills
Prior knowledge of green screens, Triumph platform, CLIC tool will be an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment
Build and maintain loyalty through exceptional communication
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Card products and CHC procedures to ensure process accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Knowledge to American Express Product, Policies & Procedures
