Support quick turnaround of intermittent advisor requests for capabilities / credentials in specific industries, service lines, and geographies Facilitate and drive submissions in all awards and recognition programs as appropriate (i.e. Star of Excellence, Paragon Awards) Monthly advisor newsletter compilation, distribution, reporting and analysis Provide backend support for all Advisor Relations internal data collection and reporting, including contact management, pursuit tracking, and pipeline management Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and sales including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal writing, sales calls and sales support Bachelor's degree (or additional equivalent combination of experience and education) MBA/MS or other advance degree(s) desirable but not essential Demonstrates working knowledge with business software applications and tools, including: Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and MS-Outlook. Prior experience in sourcing consulting with a large strategy / IT sourcing advisor, or prior experience working as a senior influencer relationship manager in a large global IT services company, is highly desirable Solid presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in simple business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders Self-directed, independent thinker, with the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity Good problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills are also required, with the leadership ability to change thinking or gain acceptance in sensitive situations.
