The associate / senior associate is responsible for:
Creating and reviewing all the education content from a pedagogy perspective (E-learning
modules, textbook handouts, presentations, medical animations, educational videos, case
studies, etc.) for different paramedical programs
Designing assessments for both formative and summative evaluation
Presenting and recording educational content in Hindi and English videos




Ensuring content compliance with the editorial guidelines
Coordinating with all the team members to ensure timely and high quality deliverables
Making internal process improvements in the content development process
The Successful Applicant:
Strong hold on learning pedagogy
2-3 years experience in educational content and assessment creation
Valuable written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other content creation tools
Proficiency in English and Hindi language
Strong proof-reading skills with top-notch grammar
