LOCATION : GURGAON
Key Responsibilities
Business Partner Creation: Create and maintain business partner data in SAP, ensuring accuracy with documents like KYC, bank details, GST, PAN, agreements, and pricing approvals.
Item Creation: Develop and manage item master records, collaborating with teams to ensure accurate data on descriptions, pricing, and categorization.
Pricing Maintenance: Maintain and update pricing for diverse customer profiles.
Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Create, manage, and optimize BOMs for new and existing products in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
Production Order Management: Oversee production scheduling and tracking to ensure timely delivery, resolving discrepancies with the production team.
Inventory Management:



Conduct inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and strategize to reduce excess stock while maintaining optimal levels.
Bin Location Implementation: Establish an efficient bin location system in the warehouse and train staff for smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: B.Com or MBA, with an SAP B1 Certification.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Business One, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in user setup, query generation, report development, integration, and automation; experience in end-to-end SAP implementation.
