Troubleshooting and Support:
Troubleshooting System Issues: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system problems and errors.
User Support: Providing technical support to users for issues related to the IBM i system.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Several years of hands-on experience with IBM i systems administration.
Technical Skills:



Robust knowledge of the IBM i operating system, hardware, and related utilities.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
