Power Automate/Cloud Flow -
Workflow Customisation and Automation:
Customise and automate workflows within Power Automate to streamline Dynamics 365 customer service processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Integration with Banking Systems:
Develop integrations between Power Automate and various banking systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
AI Builder Integration for AI-Driven Insights:
Leverage AI Builder within Power Automate to implement classification and sentiment analysis, providing deep insights into customer interactions and feedback.
Scalability and System Enhancement:
Design solutions with scalability in mind, ensuring the ability to handle increasing volumes of data and transactions without compromising performance.
CI/CD Automation for Deployment:
Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices for automated testing and deployment of Power Automate flows, ensuring reliability and rapid delivery of updates.
