Work Experience : 1 - 3 years

Accounts & Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase bills, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare vouchers and maintain financial documentation.
- Follow up on customer payments and vendor dues.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation by coordinating with the accountant.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.

Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, printers, embroiderers, transporters, and other vendors.
- Track purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending materials and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain vendor records and documentation.

Office Administration

- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle inward and outward courier and correspondence.
- Procure office supplies and maintain inventory.




- Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reports.

General Coordination

- Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and management.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars when required.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,554.60 - ₹41,844.76 per month
