Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, and machining centers.
- Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines and ensure proper machine setup.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure production quality and efficiency.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
- Make minor machine adjustments and tool offsets as required to maintain product quality.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions, quality issues, or production delays.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine logs.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Work closely with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance personnel to achieve production targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and CNC controls.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC control systems.
- Understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

- Manufacturing/production shop floor environment.
- Standing for extended periods and handling machine components.
- Compliance with PPE and workplace safety requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,846.40 per month
