Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fine Arts Faculty to teach the fundamentals of drawing, visual communication, and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will inspire students, help them develop strong artistic foundations, and prepare them for careers in Graphic Design, Animation, VFX, Gaming, and other creative fields.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach drawing fundamentals, sketching, perspective, composition, and color theory.
- Train students in human anatomy, object drawing, still life, character sketching, visual storytelling, clay modelling, and painting techniques.
- Conduct practical sessions in sketching, painting, sculpting, and creative art exercises.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical classroom activities.
- Mentor students in portfolio development and creative projects.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current art techniques and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Graphic Design, Animation, VFX, UI/UX, and Gaming faculty on interdisciplinary projects.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and supportive classroom environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA) or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–5+ years of teaching or industry experience (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).




- Excellent hand sketching, drawing, painting, and clay modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, lighting, shading, and color theory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills

- Digital illustration using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or similar tools.
- Character Design and Concept Art.
- Storyboarding and Visual Development.
- Strong skills in Clay Modelling (Sculpting) and Painting (Acrylic, Watercolor, Oil, Poster Colors).
- Portfolio guidance and creative mentoring.
- Knowledge of the AVGC industry is an added advantage.
