Techspawn Solutions is looking for a Technical Lead / Senior Software Developer to drive modern web application development, own architecture decisions, and guide a small team through design, build, review, and release. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable leading delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI deployment workflows.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a senior developer or technical lead in a software/product company.

- Strong background in building web or cloud-based applications at scale.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical direction, code reviews, and implementation guidance to the team.

- Own complex feature development with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Lead development across frontend, business logic, APIs, and database layers.

- Build and maintain modern web applications using PHP, Python, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Improve existing codebases, refactor where needed, and raise engineering standards.

- Work closely with business teams, developers, QA, and project managers to deliver quality releases.

- Take ownership of modules and projects from design through deployment.

- Design, develop, test, debug,



and document solutions.

- Monitor team progress and help unblock technical issues.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns.

Skills required

- Experience developing large-scale, web-based systems.

- Hands-on with PHP, Python, Node.js, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Strong understanding of API design, system architecture, and performance optimization.

- Good grasp of frontend and backend integration.

- Comfortable troubleshooting issues in a Linux setting.

AI and modern workflow

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for code generation, review, debugging, and documentation.

- Awareness of modern engineering workflows such as automation, observability, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.

- Ability to evaluate new tools and practices that improve speed, quality, and collaboration.
