Job Summary:
Knowledge Thrive Academy (KTA) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our admissions team. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, assist them through the enrollment process, and contribute to achieving admission goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the admission funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and applications in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with trainers and the marketing team to support admissions campaigns and events.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM and office tools.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for guiding students.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
