Job Title: Banking Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Banking Assistant to support our Banking & Finance operations. The role involves handling daily banking activities, documentation, coordination with banks, and ensuring smooth financial transactions for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers

Prepare and maintain banking documents and records (Loan files, CC/OD, Term Loans, etc.)

Coordinate with banks for account opening, KYC updates, and documentation compliance

Support loan processing activities including documentation, follow-ups, and disbursement tracking

Handle cheque processing, RTGS, NEFT, and online banking transactions

Maintain records of bank statements and perform regular reconciliations

Assist in preparing CMA data and basic financial reports

Follow up with banks for limits renewal, sanction letters, and pending documents





Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all banking-related documents

Complying with monthly Audit compliances raised by the Auditor

Support internal teams for any banking-related requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of experience in banking, finance, or accounts role

Basic understanding of banking products like CC, OD, Term Loans, etc.

Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software

Good communication and coordination skills

Robust attention to detail and organizational ability

Preferred Skills:

Experience in diamond/jewellery industry is an advantage

Knowledge of loan processing and banking compliance

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
