Job Title: Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are seeking a highly experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record of growing Shopify e-commerce brands. This role is ideal for someone who can develop marketing strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, optimize advertising performance, analyze data, and drive measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities:

* Growth Strategy

* Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy

* Identify new customer acquisition opportunities

* Improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)

* Build quarterly growth plans and marketing roadmaps





* Recommend budget allocation across channels

* Paid Advertising

Manage and Optimize: Google Ads , Performance Max ,Google Shopping ,Search campaigns , Display campaigns , Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) , Pinterest Ads (preferred) , Reddit Ads (preferred)

Responsibilities Include: Campaign creation , Audience targeting , Keyword strategy ,Creative testing , Landing page recommendations , Budget optimization ,ROAS reporting
