Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer with 1–2 years of experience in robotics and mechanism design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Fusion 360 (mandatory), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and fabrication. The role involves designing robotic structures, mechanical components, and assemblies while collaborating with R&D;, Embedded, Electronics, Software, Fabrication, and Production teams.

Relevant certifications in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mechanical Design, or Robotics will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robotic mechanisms, structural assemblies, and mechanical components.
- Create detailed 3D models, part designs, and assemblies using Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Prepare accurate 2D engineering and fabrication drawings for manufacturing and production.
- Design motion mechanisms, brackets, enclosures, frames, mounts, and sheet metal components for robotic applications.
- Develop mechanical concepts based on functional, structural, and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Support prototype assembly, mechanical testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
- Identify design issues and recommend effective improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with Embedded, Electronics, Software, and Robotics teams to support complete robot integration.
- Ensure all designs meet required quality, functionality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Support design reviews and incorporate feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.

- Knowledge of material selection and basic mechanical calculations.
- Experience coordinating with fabrication, production, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to identify design issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Design, Robotics, Automation, or Mechanism Design.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of fabrication processes is mandatory.
- Experience in 2D and 3D modeling, assembly design, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to understand design requirements and develop practical, manufacturable mechanical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
✔ Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month, based on:
