Role Overview

My Workbox is looking for a high-impact Commercial Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue for our Baner property. This role is for someone who thrives on closing deals, building strong market networks, and bringing premium tenants on board.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end leasing for commercial spaces
- Source and convert high-quality tenants (retail, startups, corporates)
- Conduct site visits and deliver compelling property pitches
- Negotiate commercials and finalize lease agreements
- Build a solid broker and channel partner network in indore
- Track market trends and optimize leasing strategy
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams for deal closures
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years in commercial leasing / real estate
- Strong connect in Indore market
- Proven deal-closing and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Occupancy rate
- Leasing velocity
- Rental yield vs target
- Quality of tenant mix

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
