Position: Accounts Head

Location: Muzaffarpur, Bihar
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Head to lead and manage the entire accounting and financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Plywood, Hardware, and Sanitaryware industry and possess solid knowledge of taxation, inventory accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Experience Required

- 20–25 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Prior experience in Plywood, Hardware, Building Materials, Sanitaryware, or Manufacturing/Trading Industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare and monitor daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of GST Returns, TDS Returns, and other statutory reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
- Supervise inventory accounting for plywood, hardware, and sanitaryware products.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet,



and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Control financial risks and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Lead, train, and supervise the accounts team.
- Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and business analysis.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting regulations.
- Excellent understanding of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in handling accounts for Plywood, Hardware, and Sanitaryware businesses.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple branches or business units.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
