About the Role

Between The Lines Architects is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architecture, design, photography, videography, and digital storytelling. This role involves creating engaging content that reflects our firm's work, culture, and design philosophy.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, ongoing construction sites, office activities, and events.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousels, and short-form videos.
- Design social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Write compelling captions aligned with the firm's branding.

Social Media Management

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.

Brand Development

- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the design team to showcase projects through compelling visual storytelling.
- Highlight the firm's expertise,



culture, and completed works.

Marketing & Growth

- Increase brand awareness and audience engagement through creative content.
- Assist in planning digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate quality inquiries through strategic social media marketing.

Analytics

- Track content performance and audience engagement.
- Submit a monthly report with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Interest in architecture, interior design, or creative industries is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media management is preferred.
