Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native web applications using .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development, API engineering, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices while contributing to enterprise application modernization initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience building secure, high-performance applications and leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, C#, and ReactJS.
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for scalable and secure integrations.
- Develop microservices-based applications and reusable software components.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
- Design and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL Database or SQL Server.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and promote software engineering best practices.
- Support application deployments, production releases, and post-release monitoring.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to improve code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and overall developer productivity.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills (Must Have)

- Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development.




- Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs.
- Experience building Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD fundamentals and deployment automation.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience creating and managing Build & Release Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Exposure to Scala.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong hands-on experience developing applications using .NET Core and ReactJS.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience building cloud-native applications using Azure.
- Experience working with Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Experience with Azure SQL Database or SQL Server.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve software development efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience with modern cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
