Raahat Services is a fast-growing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) partnered with leading Banks and NBFCs across India. We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Tele caller Executives to join our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain loan products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, and other financial solutions.
- Generate quality leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the most suitable financial product.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for documentation and application processing.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2); Graduates preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Tele calling, Customer Service,
BPO, Sales, or Banking.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.
- Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
