Student Counseling

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding higher education opportunities abroad.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial considerations.
- Recommend suitable universities, countries, and academic programs based on student profiles.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes, and post-study work opportunities.

Lead Management

- Handle inquiries generated through the website, social media, digital campaigns, walk-ins, phone calls, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions while delivering an excellent student experience.

Admission Process

- Guide students in preparing application documents including SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other admission requirements.
- Coordinate with university admission teams for application submissions and offer letters.




- Assist students with application tracking and document verification.
- Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.

Student Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Address student queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments including documentation, visa, finance, and operations to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain high levels of student satisfaction throughout the admission journey.

Events & Marketing Support

- Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions during events.
- Support marketing campaigns by providing timely follow-ups and feedback on lead quality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
