Job Overview

We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team in Faridabad. The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, and converting leads into customers.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads to achieve sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in Telesales, Telecalling,



Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
