Job Description

Department: AI Engineering

You'll empower our legal, HR, and finance teams by designing and implementing cutting-edge Google Sheets/Docs integrations and custom AppScripts, directly reducing manual overload and driving efficiency. Join us in delivering tangible AI ROI and shaping the future of full enterprise automation.

Meet with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Ops) to understand pain points and define automation scope

Map current workflows and identify bottlenecks, error rates, and manual effort
Design end-to-end automation architecture (logic interface integrations)
Document workflows, constraints, and success metrics with stakeholders
Write production-grade automation code using LLMs, APIs, and scripting languages
Build interfaces in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or integrated platforms
Test automation with real data, edge cases, and failure scenarios




Deploy to production and monitor for errors, latency, and edge cases
Measure and communicate impact (time saved, error reduction, automation rate)
Gather stakeholder feedback and iterate on deployed automation
