We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Canteen Operations & Compliance Executive based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring canteen operations, capturing competitor activities, managing follow-ups with canteens, and ensuring effective coordination through the KPKB Assist Portal. The role requires frequent travel across India and strong communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across various locations in India for approximately 15 days per month.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of canteen locations and operational activities.
- Capture and report competitive market activities and developments.
- Operate and update records through the KPKB Assist Portal.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and pending issues from canteens.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of canteen operations and related locations.
- Ability to identify and document competitor activities effectively.
- Hands-on experience with KPKB Assist Portal operations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Positive analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Mumbai-based candidate.
- Experience in canteen management, institutional sales, operations, or compliance-related roles.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently during travel assignments.
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (In-hand) depending on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
