## Key Responsibilities

* Dealer Appointment: Identifying and onboarding strategic new dealers across Chhattisgarh.

* Dealer Handling: Nurturing existing dealer networks to maximize revenue growth.

* Market Mapping: Analyzing competitor activities and identifying untapped market potential.

* Sales Targets: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales goals.

* Relationship Management: Resolving dealer queries, order issues, and ledger discrepancies.

* Scheme Communication: Presenting company trade discounts, offers, and marketing policies.

* Payment Collection: Following up with dealers to ensure timely payment recoveries.

* Reporting: Submitting daily field visit reports to the Raipur branch office.

* Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or MBA in Sales preferred).

* Experience:



1 to 4 years in channel sales or dealer development.

* Location requirement: Candidate must be based in or willing to operate from Raipur.

## Required Skills

* Territory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Chhattisgarh market and geography.

* Communication: Fluent in Hindi working knowledge of English.

* Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler.

* Negotiation: Proven capability to pitch business models and close dealer margins.

* Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to handle distributor networks.

* Basic Tech Skills: Ability to use mobile sales apps, GPS tracking, and WhatsApp reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
