We hiring a salesforce technical lead at our company. We value your time as you look over the requirements and submit your application for the job.
Salesforce technical lead responsible for:
Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and interfaces.
Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.
Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.
Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities

Requirement
Hands on experience working on Lightning, Apex, LWC, performing code reviews
8 to 12 years of experience in Solutioning and Architecting Salesforce for Businesses.
Hands-on experience using Triggers and Async data processing
Design and optimize solutions considering configuration vs customization, data volume
Salesforce customization experience using flows and Lightning App Builder
Building integrations with external systems using Rest API
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Experience Cloud, FSL implementation.
Experience working in Agile environment and following SDLC
Requirement gathering and technical documentations
Excel, SOQL working knowledge
