Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect with ***** years of expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and align technology with their business strategies. This role requires robust leadership, robust technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure technology aligns with business strategy and goals.
Architect and manage MS Dynamics CRM implementations, particularly in Customer Service modules.
Design and implement applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Integrate internal and external systems utilizing Azure APIM or similar middleware.
Oversee integration processes using Service Bus, Logic Apps,



and Azure Functions.
Manage client communication, expectations, and task delegation.
Document high-level and low-level designs (HLD, LLD) related to projects.
Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (NFR) for the project.
Implement and manage configuration, release, and merging processes.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have:
10+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
Experience as an architect for at least two complete CRM implementations.
Proficient in managing client communication and expectations.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team handling capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
Proficient in writing documentation related to technical specifications.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the Health Domain.
Certifications in MS Dynamics & Power Platform.
Familiarity with continuous integration tools and techniques.
Demonstrated out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving.
