As a Content & Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling content and managing social media presence to
increase brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive inbound leads
. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging while experimenting with fresh and creative ideas to stand out.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to shape content strategy.
Develop engaging written and visual content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives and tone of voice.
Optimize content for
SEO and conversion goals

Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.
Monitor trends and run campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages,



and build relationships within relevant micro-communities.
Campaigns & Growth
Support campaigns tied to events, webinars, or brand initiatives.
Partner with the design team to create visually compelling posts, carousels, and reels.
Experiment with innovative formats (stories, reels, polls, lead magnets) to generate awareness and leads.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Ideal Candidate
1–2 years of experience
in content marketing or social media management.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create explicit, compelling narratives.
Knowledge of
SEO principles, social media trends, and engagement strategies
.
Hands-on experience with
content/design tools
(e.g., Canva, analytics platforms).
Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines.
