We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Oracle HCM Consultant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, particularly in Core HR, Talent Management, and Performance Management modules. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for HR technology and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and support Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support end-to-end implementation and support activities for Oracle HCM Cloud with a primary focus on
Core HR, Talent Management
, and
Performance Management
modules.
Conduct business requirement workshops with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs and best practices.
Provide guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities, limitations, and best practices for optimal design and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle HCM.
Assist in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare documentation including configuration guides, functional design documents,



and user manuals.
Work with technical teams to support integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting needs.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements post go-live and drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–11 years
of hands-on experience as a functional Oracle HCM Consultant.
Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with
Core HR, Talent Management
, and
Performance Management
as core focus areas.
Deep understanding of HR business processes and how they map to Oracle HCM functionality.
Strong experience in conducting requirement-gathering sessions, solution design, system configuration, and testing.
Hands-on experience in HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.
Experience working with multinational organizations or large-scale HR transformation projects.
Exposure to additional Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Compensation, Absence Management) is a plus.
