We are seeking an experienced
Java Fullstack Developer
with strong expertise in
Java (backend)
and
React (frontend)
to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who thrives in building end-to-end web applications, integrating complex systems, and delivering high-quality solutions. With over 6 years of professional experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fullstack Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using
Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, etc.)
and
ReactJS
.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code across the stack with best practices in mind.
Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
2. System Architecture & Design
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to designing scalable solutions.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
Apply object-oriented design principles and design patterns to complex problems.
3. Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Work closely with product managers, designers,



and QA engineers to deliver features aligned with product roadmaps.
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews as part of an
Agile/Scrum team
.
Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and supporting technical growth.
4. Quality & Testing
Write unit tests, integration tests, and contribute to automated testing pipelines.
Ensure applications are
robust, bug-free, and optimized
for performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies in
Java and React ecosystems
.
Suggest improvements in processes, tools, and development practices.
Contribute ideas to enhance user experience and system scalability.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
6+ years of fullstack development experience, with strong proficiency in
Java
and
ReactJS
.
Backend Expertise:
Proficiency in Java frameworks such as
Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
.
Frontend Expertise:
Hands-on experience with
ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
.
Database Skills:
Strong knowledge of
SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
and experience with
NoSQL databases
(MongoDB, Cassandra).
DevOps Knowledge:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Other Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
