Lead the conceptualization and design of high-end
Show Suites

Sales Galleries

Design functional, visually impactful
Common Areas
such as clubs, lounges, and lobbies.
Manage the
end-to-end interior design process
, including space planning, detailing, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients from
concept development to final execution
.
Simultaneously manage
multiple projects




while maintaining high design standards, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design
or
Architecture
.
A strong portfolio showcasing work in
luxury residential or commercial design
, with emphasis on experiential spaces.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
SketchUp
,
Revit
, and
Adobe Photoshop
.
Experience working on the developer side
is
mandatory
.
Proven skills in
project management
,
vendor coordination
, and
client interaction
