We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Commercial Manager with expertise in the Rubber, Tyre, and Auto Parts industry. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen to manage client requirements, drive sales, and support business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial discussions with clients and deliver tailored solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within rubber, tyre, and auto parts segments.
Prepare and manage technical proposals, cost estimates, and quotations.
Collaborate with production, R&D;, and quality teams to ensure product performance and timely delivery.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular engagement and technical presentations.
Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve business targets.




Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, tyre technology, or auto parts manufacturing.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in commercial or techno-commercial roles within the rubber, tyre, or auto components sector.
Prior experience managing OEMs and large-scale customers is highly desirable.
Skills Required:
Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in costing, pricing, and supply chain processes.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
