We are looking for an experienced
Graphic Design & Motion Graphics Trainer
who can
mentor aspiring designers
and prepare them for real-world creative careers. This role is
purely training-focused
—delivering engaging, practical sessions while guiding students in developing professional portfolios.
What You'll Do – Training Responsibilities
Conduct
structured training sessions
for small student batches (online/offline).
Teach
Graphic Design, Branding, and Motion Graphics
using industry-standard tools.
Guide students through
live projects, case studies, and creative storytelling exercises
.
Provide
feedback and mentorship
to help students build strong portfolios.
Introduce learners to
current design trends, creative workflows, and industry best practices
.
Ensure
outcome-driven learning
by tracking student progress and career readiness.
What We Expect You To Have




Experience & Expertise
Minimum
3 years of qualified experience
in Graphic Design & Motion Graphics.
A
strong portfolio
showcasing creativity, conceptual thinking, and execution.
Knowledge of Product/Brand Design
will be an added advantage.
Tools & Skills
Proficiency in
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
.
Deep understanding of
color theory, typography, layout, and visual design principles
.
Knowledge of
storyboarding, visual storytelling, and video editing workflows
.
Teaching Attitude & Soft Skills
Passionate about
teaching and mentoring
creative students.
Ability to
simplify design concepts
and make classes interactive.
Strong
presentation and communication skills
.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to
help students grow
