We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor to guide and support students throughout their academic journey. This role focuses on helping students make informed decisions about their education, stay motivated, and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance:
Provide personalized counselling to students regarding course selections, career paths, and effective use of learning resources.
Course Planning:
Assist students in aligning course choices with their career goals and interests.
Progress Monitoring:
Track academic performance and offer strategies for improvement and continued success.
Student Engagement:
Design and implement plans to keep students motivated and focused on their goals.
Workshops & Webinars:
Conduct sessions on topics such as study strategies, time management,



and academic planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure comprehensive student support.
Feedback & Improvement:
Gather and analyze student feedback to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling or student support, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
Understanding of online education platforms and modern learning methodologies.
