Tailored Residential Property Management at Brightstone

Managing housing complexes, residential townships, and residential communities requires subject matter expertise, customized services, and a commitment to creating a seamless yet enjoyable living experience. Responsibilities

- Ensure the preparation of all invoices towards tenants (CAM, Rent, Utilities, and others).
- Ensure all billing processes are conducted in a timely manner.
- Perform all monthly collections.
- Generate reports (monthly delinquency, A/R status, project summaries, vacancy, etc.).
- Initiate late payment calls and implement late payment fees, where applicable.
- Prepare balance sheet.
- Maintain records of all invoices.
- Obtain invoices raised by vendors by the specified date.
- Make vendor payments in a timely manner.
- Update MIS.
- Prepare profit and loss statement.
- Punch BRC on a daily basis.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
- Liaise with head office (Green Park) for rental/collection updates.
