About the role
Responsible for setting up new operational units across various locations in India.
Tie up with different sources for recruitment.
Recruitment of students 10th/12th / ITI/ Diploma/Graduates
Ready to conduct Campaign / Seminars in rural and semi-rural area
Should be single point of contact for Company, Associates/Workers
Should handle operations of Apprentice program (NAPS/ NATS)/ Contract labour.
Monitor the Administrative work done by co-ordinators/Manpower supervisor's eg- Attendance, Absenteeism, Attrition, facility provided by company
Administration of contract Supervisors - Attendance, Absenteeism
Resolve grievance related IR issues
Should have Basic knowledge of statutory compliance related to contract labour/Apprentice
Work report and MIS
Good team player
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge – MS office
Key Skills Required
Proven experience in staffing/recruitment and field-level operations.
Strong leadership and grievance handling capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across India.
