Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Frontend Developer
with strong expertise in
HTMX
,
Tailwind CSS
,
AG Grid
, and
HighCharts
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating high-fidelity
Figma designs
into dynamic, responsive, and maintainable front-end interfaces using modern development best practices.
You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to build feature-rich data applications and dashboards that are both performant and visually polished.
Key Responsibilities
Figma to HTMX/Tailwind Conversion
Accurately convert Figma design prototypes into clean, responsive HTML using
HTMX
and
Tailwind CSS
.
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation with a strong emphasis on layout, spacing, and UI interactivity.
Maintain accessibility and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
AG Grid Integration
Implement advanced
AG Grid
tables to support data-heavy use cases such as sorting, filtering, grouping, pagination, and inline editing.
Customize grid behaviors using AG Grid's API and ensure optimal performance on large datasets.
Integrate backend endpoints with AG Grid for real-time data interaction using HTMX.
HighCharts Implementation
Design and implement interactive
HighCharts
visualizations including line, bar, pie, area, and custom charts.
Ensure charts are responsive, accessible,



and follow best practices in data visualization.
Collaborate with data teams to dynamically bind backend data into charts via HTMX and minimal JS where necessary.
HTMX-Based Interactions
Develop dynamic front-end behaviors using
HTMX
for seamless partial page updates without full-page reloads.
Implement server-driven UI updates with progressive enhancement principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in
HTMX
and its integration with backend endpoints (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
Strong experience with
Tailwind CSS
and building responsive, modern UIs.
Solid hands-on knowledge of
AG Grid
for advanced tabular data displays.
Experience with
HighCharts
(or similar charting libraries such as Chart.js, D3) in building complex dashboards.
Familiarity with Figma and ability to interpret design specs into functional frontend components.
Good understanding of HTML5, modern CSS, and basic JavaScript where needed.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and server-rendered applications.
Version control with Git and collaboration via GitHub/GitLab.
