Position Overview
Content Quality Manager is responsible for editing the content for external audience. Checking the accuracy and quality of content creation/population done by content writers, ensuring records are maintained accurately,ensuring utilization of team is high, mentor and train current team members.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall quality of content uploaded on website
Need to maintain daily content uploading status report and ensure daily targets are met
Assign work to cataloguing and content team
Do thorough quality check/ proof reading of catalogue and content team's work prior to uploading
Work closely with category and tech team to ensure smooth flow of cataloguing and content work
Requirement
4-6 years of experience into content quality check and content research.
Should be proficient with Excel.
Should have experience in cataloguing/ content writing.
Proficient in English.
Team management experience is a major plus.
