Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Content Writer with a strong background in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) to collaborate with technical teams and transform complex concepts into explicit, compelling content. The role involves creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, technical documentation, solution briefs, and client-facing materials that support internal initiatives and external engagements. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with hands-on experience in data and analytics tools and the ability to work closely with engineers, analysts, and solution architects.
Responsibilities:
Work with data engineers, BI developers, and solution architects to understand technical solutions and extract key messaging
Develop client-ready presentations, internal technical documents, solution overviews, and case studies Translate technical concepts in data integration, analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools into engaging, value-driven content
Assist in writing proposal responses,



capability documents, and thought leadership material focused on Data & AI
Create visual content including architecture diagrams, data flow charts, and metric dashboards
Ensure consistency in messaging, terminology, and formatting across deliverables
Support Agile teams with on-demand content for sprints, product demos, and stakeholder presentations
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or presales documentation
Solid understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and BI concepts
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Visio for creating impactful documentation and visuals
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Ability to simplify complex technical material for diverse audiences
