Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Assist with the health and safety development, performance, and maintenance within the organization.
Assist with health and safety management systems in accordance with organization plans and compliance with and adherence to legislation and applicable regulatory bodies' processes and procedures.
Contribute to training and development of the team.
Assist with all day-to-day health and safety activities.
Contribute to ensuring that the organization meets all health and safety legislation objectives and that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place.
Assist with identifying any shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policy and process, assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and help implement required changes.




Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and disseminate feedback as appropriate.
Assist in developing plans for team activities to include health and safety strategy to achieve agreed targets, and effective planning.
Maintain accurate records.
Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education – B.Sc./B.E/B. Tech/ Diploma in Safety from reputed Institute. Preferably with IOSH & NEBOSH.
***** years of work experience with demonstrated growth opportunities graph.
Sound Knowledge and experience of project HSE management & government compliance related to health, environment etc.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with presentation skills and the capability to relate and communicate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry.
Understanding of the total project HSE requirement at different phases, compliances, code of practices, standards.
Knowledge of GIRHA related compliance and Labour laws.
