Skills-
Would be valuable with AML/KYC/Organization& Business workflow enhancement/ Process Migration related BA experience.
Analysis current workflow, and identify opportunities to drive for the Target Operating Model for business with consideration of people, processes, data and tech
Excellent comms skills, Facilitates activities/meetings/workshops, coordinate among stakeholders, close the gap and drive for decision.
Able to work independently, gathers and documents requirements from the business, and verifies that the project deliverables meet the requirements
Proactively identify risk and escalate to program where necessary.
Assess solutions to validate the objectives
Work with Project Manager for project plans, and monitor the delivery
