Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Maintain LAN/WAN infra
Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless network.
Network Device Installation & Troubleshooting.
Well versed with Router, Switches, Firewall & Network Devices
Maximizing networkperformance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades
Support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy
Configuration of routing and switching equipment
Email ID Creation, Password Modification, Email List creation etc.
Having knowledge of mail server and issue resolution (Like mail delivery failed Problem, email sending/receiving problem etc.)
Having knowledge of backup of server like email backup data backup.
Having Knowledge of file server and mapping networkshare and windows and Linux desktop.
Remote support to end users and fixing Desktop level problem(Windows/Linux)




Knowledge of Linux and able to manage Ubuntu/windows desktop workplace.
Local and networkprinter installation and troubleshoot.
