For BORP side: Maintaining the BORP platform in scope and keeping it up and running according to SLA Troubleshooting system environmental issues Supporting technical projects implementation Working on upgrades and implementation of required changes Providing guidance and training to users as required Collaborating on required documentation to ensure current solutions are smoothly being transitioned into regular operation Monitoring usage of the platforms using defined monitoring metrics and KPIs Automating operation activities to simplify platform support Creating and keeping updated documentation about the platforms and the security model of the platforms Collaborating with audit and compliance execution activities Troubleshooting system issues with the Workiva support team.
