Key responsibilities:
Learn and support Leapwork's automation platform by resolving customer queries.
Assist




users in troubleshooting automation-related issues across remote systems and
networks.
Conduct online Q&A; sessions and provide
timely
responses to customer inquiries.
Capture and relay valuable customer feedback to improve the product experience.
Escalate customer-reported issues to the engineering and product teams for resolution.
Collaborate with customers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Infrastructure team (ICO), product and engineering teams to ensure
timely
and effective issue resolution.
Required Candidate profile:
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, global work environment.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
Basic understanding of automation or software testing concepts is a plus.
