About the role:
We are looking for a Team Lead – Digital Marketing Qualified to adopt market best practices and increase the reach by using social media channels. Objective of campaign is to activate and engaged the audience while driving qualified lead generation through digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, online panel management, and campaign execution with a strong analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize online survey panels
to ensure
high response rates and timely conversion




Generate qualified leads
through
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and affiliate marketing
.
Execute
email, SMS, and app-based campaigns
to enhance survey participation and engagement.
Work closely with internal teams to
improve panel retention and reduce dropout rates
.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for
better ROI
.
Manage
panel health, incentives, and reward structures
to maximize participation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years
of experience in
digital marketing, lead generation, online consumer panel management, or survey execution
.
Understanding of different CRMs and mass reach out tools to engage with people
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
.
Proficiency in
email marketing and automation tools
(Braze, Amazon SES, etc).
Strong analytical and
data-driven decision-making
skills.
