Role Overview

The Project Manager – Civil will oversee civil engineering aspects of electrical substation EPC projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery. This role requires expertise in civil construction for substations, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead civil works execution for electrical substation projects, including foundations, structures, and site development.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and budgets for civil activities.
- Coordinate with electrical teams to align civil works with overall project requirements.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide guidance to field teams.
- Monitor progress, control costs, and report project status to senior management.
- Oversee procurement of civil materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants,



and stakeholders for approvals and project updates.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in civil project management, preferably in electrical substation or power infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, structural design, and site management.
- Proven ability to manage EPC projects with multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Staad Pro etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
